General Terms

1.1. This Refund Policy governs the procedure for reviewing refund requests for digital products, software, subscriptions, access rentals, guides, updates, and other materials provided by Karuzo Software.

1.2. All Karuzo Software products are digital products. Access to them may be provided through a personal account, a download link, a license key, a subscription, a software account, a guide, or another digital delivery method.

1.3. By purchasing a Karuzo Software product, the User confirms that they have reviewed the product description, its features, access period, technical requirements, this Refund Policy, and the Terms of Use.

1.4. Karuzo Software software is an analytical and informational tool. It is not a casino, betting service, financial product, payment service, or a guarantee of profit.

Digital Access and Start of Use

2.1. After successful payment, the User may be granted immediate digital access to the product, including program download, license activation, access to a personal account, guides, updates, or other digital materials.

2.2. Since a digital product may be provided immediately after payment, refunds after access has been provided may be limited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2.3. If, when placing an order, the User confirms consent to immediate digital access, they understand that after the start of access provision, the right to withdraw from the purchase may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refund Request Period

3.1. A refund request may be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3.2. Requests submitted later than 24 hours after purchase may be denied, except in cases where the issue is related to a confirmed technical malfunction of the product, inability to provide access, or mandatory requirements of applicable law.

3.3. The mere fact that the User did not use the product after purchase is not an automatic basis for a refund.

When a Refund May Be Considered

4.1. Karuzo Software may consider a request for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • The User paid for the product, but digital access was not provided due to a technical issue on the part of Karuzo Software;
  • The User was provided with the wrong product due to an error by Karuzo Software;
  • There was a duplicate payment for the same product;
  • The product has a confirmed technical malfunction that prevents its use for its intended purpose, and Karuzo Software cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
  • A refund is required under applicable law.

4.2. If a technical issue exists, Karuzo Software has the right to first offer a fix, update, file replacement, reactivation, setup instructions, or technical assistance.

4.3. A refund may be considered only after verifying the circumstances of the purchase, access status, fact of download, activation, product use, and the User’s support request.

When a Refund Is Not Provided

5.1. Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • The User received access to the digital product, downloaded the program, activated the license, or started using the product;
  • The User purchased the wrong product due to their own mistake;
  • The User changed their mind after purchase;
  • The User did not use the product after purchase;
  • The User expected a certain financial result, win, profit, return on investment, or absence of losses;
  • The User incurred losses, losses from gambling, or other financial losses while using third-party websites, casinos, platforms, or services;
  • The User violated the Terms of Use, shared access with third parties, attempted to bypass protection, or used the product for unintended purposes;
  • The issue arose due to the User’s device, operating system, antivirus, firewall, internet connection, third-party software, or incorrect configuration;
  • The issue is related to changes, blocks, rules, technical limitations, or decisions of third-party websites, platforms, casinos, providers, or payment services;
  • The access period, subscription, or rental period has already been fully or partially used;
  • The User requested a refund after the established deadline, unless otherwise required by law.

Partial Refund

6.1. In certain cases, Karuzo Software may approve a partial refund.

6.2. When calculating a partial refund, the elapsed access period, fact of download, activation, use of the program, support provided, payment fees, cost of services already rendered, and other order circumstances may be taken into account.

6.3. A partial refund is provided only at the discretion of Karuzo Software, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Access Rental

7.1. If the product is provided on a subscription basis or as access rental for a specified period, the access period begins from the moment of payment, activation, or access provision, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

7.2. The User’s non-use of the subscription or access rental is not a basis for freezing, extending, compensating, or refunding funds.

7.3. Karuzo Software does not provide for automatic freezing or transfer of the subscription period unless otherwise agreed separately in writing.

7.4. If the subscription has automatic renewal, the User is responsible for timely cancellation of the subscription before the next billing period, if such a function is provided by the selected payment method.

Request Submission Procedure

8.1. To submit a refund request, the User must contact Karuzo Software support through the official communication channel specified on the website.

8.2. The request must include:

  • order number;
  • name or email used for the purchase;
  • name of the purchased product;
  • purchase date;
  • description of the reason for the refund;
  • screenshots, videos, logs, or other materials confirming the technical issue, if the refund is requested for technical reasons.

8.3. Karuzo Software may request additional information necessary to verify the order, access status, technical issue, or payment.

8.4. Failure to provide the required information may result in a refusal of the refund or an extension of the request review period.

Review Period and Refund Method

9.1. Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable time after all necessary information has been received from the User.

9.2. If the refund is approved, the funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, if technically possible.

9.3. The time for funds to be credited depends on the bank, payment provider, currency, User’s country, and payment method.

9.4. Karuzo Software is not responsible for delays, fees, currency conversion, or restrictions imposed by banks, payment providers, or other third parties.

Chargeback and Disputed Transactions

10.1. If the User initiates a chargeback, disputed transaction, payment reversal, or complaint through a bank or payment provider without first contacting Karuzo Software support, access to the product may be temporarily restricted until the review is completed.

10.2. In the event of a payment reversal, payment cancellation, fraudulent transaction, or confirmed chargeback, Karuzo Software has the right to terminate the User’s access to the relevant product, subscription, updates, support, and related materials.

10.3. The User agrees not to use the digital product after receiving a refund.

Exceptions and Mandatory Consumer Rights

11.1. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits the User’s rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11.2. If the law of the User’s country provides mandatory rights to a refund, repair, replacement, correction, price reduction, or other remedies, such rights apply to the extent provided by the relevant law.

11.3. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Changes to the Refund Policy

12.1. Karuzo Software has the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

12.2. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless another date is specified in the version itself.

12.3. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to the User’s order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
